Mashd at the RimAlyssa and I recently tried Mash’d, one of the Rim’s newest restaurants located at 17623 La Cantera Parkway. There are many options to choose from at Mash’d with everything from moonshine to brunch to gluten free options.

Mashd at the RimWe dined on the patio on a perfect January day where the sun was out and all you need is a light jacket. Ah, you gotta love Texas weather.

I ordered the turkey sandwich stacked with cheese, avocado, lemon aioli, lettuce, pickle and tomato. You can order fries or caesar salad on the side. Mash’d creates its own version of ketchup which has a very unique taste. I opted for the original ketchup, but my dining partner enjoy the eclectic ketchup taste. Alyssa ordered the all natural chicken breast marinated with a mustard dill glaze, served with pan-seared asparagus and lemon rice.

We didn’t have time to stay for a drink this time, but we recommend trying the moonshine sangria. Have you been to Mash’d? Let us know in the comments!
