This weekend marks the beginning of a new era for the music scene at Paper Tiger. Previously operated as The White Rabbit, Paper Tiger’s newly painted orange facade and blue interior was a refreshing look for Alyssa and I, who grew up going to shows at the 2410 N. St Mary’s St location.
We went out to Paper Tiger’s Kick Off Show Friday night and listened to great bands from punk, alternative, metal and more. The wide variety of music brought out a diverse crowd to Paper Tiger’s kick off show, supporting San Antonio’s newest music venue. Paper Tiger’s Kick Off continues with free shows throughout the weekend. Doors open at 2 p.m. today and 3 p.m. tomorrow.
