The 2016 Bexar County Joint Primary Election officially begins on Tuesday, March 1st. Currently, early voting is taking place at numerous locations throughout San Antonio. Whether you are a seasoned or first time voter, we’re here to help you through the process. Early voting ends Friday, February 26th and our first tip is to get to the polls before the chaotic lines begin.

When you arrive at your designated poll location, you will be asked whether you are voting democratic or republican. This question is only asked during early voting and will reflect the candidates for the party you are for. To view a sample ballot, please click here.

As we mentioned, San Antonio features a plethora of early voting locations. Below is a list of several locations where you can go to cast your vote. For the entire map, please click here.

Northwest (UTSA area):

North Central:

Live Oak:
Universal City City Hall, 2150 University City Blvd.

Alamo Heights:
Olmos Park City Hall, 120 El Prado W.

Downtown:
Bexar County Justice Center, 300 Dolorosa
Bexar County Elections Department, 1103 S. Frio
Claude Black Center, 2805 East Commerce

Far West Side:
Great Northwest Library, 9050 Wellwood

Balcones Heights:
Wonderland of the Americas at Crossroads, 4522 Fredericksburg Rd.

Lackland:
Johnston Library, 6307 Sun Valley Drive

Southside:
South ParK Mall, 2310 SW Military

Stone Oak (281 and 1604 area):
Parman Library at Stone Oak, 20735 Wilderness Oak

Deaf and hard of hearing voters can vote using Deaflink during early voting at the Bexar County Election Department located at 1103 S. Frio St.

Early voting takes place from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Let your voice be heard!
