It’s hard to believe that the San Antonio Cocktail Conference will be celebrating its fifth year in 2016! From January 14 through 17, infamous bartenders and cocktail aficionados come together for seminars, guided tastings and exciting cocktail parties. Twenty Something SA had the pleasure of attending the revealing party for the 2016 signature cocktail at Bohanan’s and let’s just say, you won’t be disappointed in 2016!
Beso de Agave. A delicious drink with many different layers including mescal, lime, agave nectar, ginger beer, pineapple juice and an ancho reyes floater. The cocktail is very well-balanced and there’s a spicy hint after every sip.
Starting Thursday, January 14th, cocktail events will take place every night during the Conference. The opening night gala at the Majestic Theatre will kickstart the boozy festivities! The San Antonio Cocktail Conference is open to the public. See the full schedule here.
Since it’s inception, The San Antonio Cocktail Conference is a Houston Street Charities event and donates 100 percent of all profits from the Conference to benefit children.
