Okay, now if you’ve ever heard of Little Woodrow’s you know about their turtle races.  Well unfortunately, that’s only at its Midtown location, but the Stone Oak location is just as much fun, trust us!  Little Woodrow’s extended happy hour, which offers half-priced appetizers, is Fridays from 3 to 9 p.m. and regular happy hour is almost every day of the week.

Hoppy Monk

A “public house” is a gathering place where people discuss daily life, as in saloon, bar, tavern or inn that is open to the public and licensed to sell ales, wines and spirits. A neat public house, as they like to call themselves, is The Hoppy Monk just off of 1604. A gathering place with food and drink deals?  Sounds good to us, we’re in! Happy hour at the Hoppy Monk is all-day on Mondays, 3 to 6:30 p.m. Tuesdays through Fridays, and specials on Saturdays.

Brick House Tavern & Tap

The Brick House Tavern & Tap really has it all. It offers American classics with a twist, over 80 beers and beer cocktails, flat-screen TVs, leather recliners, outdoor dining, and an inviting atmosphere for friends and families to come together to eat and drink.  Their happiest of hours features sweet deals such as $4 import drafts, $5 snacks, $6 seasonal cocktails and house wines, and $7 specialty snacks.  It runs from 3 to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday, but they’re open every day of the week.

So gather your friends and check out one of these happy hour hot-spots. And as always, please drink responsibly!
