February 22nd – a day to be humble, George Washington’s birthday and, most importantly, National Margarita Day. Make plans to celebrate this national holiday at Pearl, home of four of our favorite margaritas in San Antonio.

Sternewirth, the awe-inspiring bar located inside Hotel Emma, is our first stop on this self-touring margarita crawl. The La Babia margarita comes in a gorgeous turquoise glass. We dare you to not snap a quick photo before that first sip. Hotel Emma also serves the La Babia as a complimentary drink upon arrival for hotel guests.

Our next stop on this margarita tour takes us to Boiler House, just a few steps away from Emma. Boiler House’s house margarita comes with local honey and orange bitters.

We know this is a margarita tour, but we had to include this citrusy beer from Southerleigh – Margarita Gose. With notes of limes, oranges and tequila, we absolutely love this beer – and it’s brewed in house!

If you’re looking for some spice to add to your marg, head down to Down on Grayson for a Spicy Margarita. Remember to walk if this is your fourth stop! Down on Grayson is adjacent to Pearl and a little bit of sunshine is always needed.
