The Granary Cue & Brew and are hosting in partnership with the Brewmasters Association. The dinner will bring five chefs and five brewers together hailing from across Texas and Colorado for an epic five-course dinner on Wednesday, October 25th.

The lineup of the five course Brewmasters’ Invitational dinner features dishes like the starter, a Smoked Salmon from Chef Tim Rattay of The Granary Cue & Brew paired with Pink Vapor Stew from Ska Brewing Company in Durango, CO. We’re leaving room for dessert, a Persimmon Thunder Cake made by Chef Kyle Mendenhall of Arcana Boulder, CO paired with Volumes of Oak, a Belgian Style Saison, from Hops & Grain Brewing in Austin, TX.
