If you are a fan of Mangos and Strawberries, this Popsicle recipe is for you. This is extremely refreshing on hot summer days like these. Everyone knows that the recent temperatures in San Antonio have been extremely HOT. When it reaches above 100 degrees, all you can think of is ways to keep cool. Well, for me, when I’m at home with friends, I always try to think of ways to entertain them. A big hit this summer was my homemade popsicles made right in my kitchen, fresh! Fruit popsicles are wonderful summertime snacks, sweetened by organic flavors of strawberries and mangos (combine any fruit, get creative!). Not only are they are delicious, they are healthy, fun and most importantly, they keep my friends and I cool. I have to say homemade popsicles with a hint of a flavored wine; your summers will be memorable. If you are not a wine drinker, eat it as is and add chamoy, it’ll make it that much better. Trust me, your friends will be talking about this for months!

So let’s get started on how to make the next few months even more delightful with my famous Frozen Fruit Popsicles with Peach Wine.
