Nao Valentine's DinnerChocolate hearts, love notes and grilled tenderloin with chimichurri. If you’re lover is a foodie, Nao is putting on a spectacular Valentine’s dinner that will leave your tastebuds wanting more. Jacqueline and I had the opportunity to taste test Nao’s dinner before the big day and we have pictures! Pictures and scrumptious memories.

Nao’s dinner begins with Trio Latino that includes Arepa Venezolana, Patacon Colombiano, and Anticucho Peruano. We didn’t know what that translated to either, but if you reference the picture above you’ll see it’s a delicious crab salad on a crispy plantain, lamb skewers and a corn pancake stuffed with duck.

Nao Valentine's DinnerThe second course of the night is the sopa de calabaza y tomate, a butternut squash and smoked tomato soup, with smoked cherry tomatoes, bacon, and fresh herbs. If you follow us on Snapchat at TwentySA, you might remember a quote from Jacqueline about how much she enjoyed Nao’s soup.

Nao Valentine's DinnerNao Valentine's DinnerThe Valentine’s dinner continues with a choice of a main course between bife de lomo: grilled tenderloin of beef served with house fries, grilled vegetables, and chimichurri, pescado del golfo y callo de hacha: seared fillet of gulf fish and jumbo scallops with tomatillo sauce, pear squash, blood orange, and roasted garlic, or Red Bird Farms roasted chicken breast with carrots, celery, apple, green beans, and raisins. Whether you love steak, seafood or chicken, Nao has the ideal dish for you.

The dinner ends on a sweet note with a dessert duo of cazuelita de chocolate and caramelized plantains.
