A wise Cookie Monster once sang, “C is for cookies”, but what about cookie dough?
Eating bits of cookie dough is easily one of the best parts of making cookies at home and if that’s your favorite guilty pleasure, you’ll love Scooped Cookie Dough Bar.

The first place of its kind in San Antonio, Scooped has taken up residence at North Star Mall on the first floor near JCPenney. The cookie dough bar brings a complete menu of safe-to-eat raw cookie dough, using fresh ingredients, heat treated flour and pasteurized eggs. So have no fear—or guilt!

Scooped doughs are made daily at the cookie bar. They even feature gluten free and vegan options, so there is something for everyone. The menu lists over 10 doughs to choose from, one being a seasonal flavor. Whether you chose to stick with one flavor or taste your way through the entire menu, each Scooped serving comes with three scoops of the dough of your choice. We tried Cake Batter, Oatmeal Chocolate Chip and Chocolate Chip. After all, it’s a classic for a reason, right?

Once your doughs have been scooped, the fun begins. Toppings! Although the doughs already have chocolate chips, sprinkles, pretzels and more mixed in, you can still top them off with chocolate drizzle, mini marshmallows, Reese’s Pieces, sprinkles or M&M Minis.

All of these gourmet cookie dough flavor combos are sure to please. But if you are still unsure of which dough to try first, the staff at Scooped suggests the Mexican Hot Chocolate. This rich, dark-chocolate dough has a hint of cayenne in it, a pairing of sweet and spicy.

And if you like milk with your cookies, don’t worry Scooped has you covered. The cookie dough bar features milk on tap. Yes. ON TAP. Enjoy a cold one—fat-free, almond, chocolate or 2%. Pull up an aqua seat at the bar and eat your cookies by the scoop! You can visit Scooped Cookie Dough Bar Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. and on Sunday from noon to 6 p.m.
