Fall weather is having a moment in Texas. What better way to celebrate than toasting to crisp air with a fall recipe made with Austin Eastciders. We’re wipping up a Caramel Apple cocktail created by  Dalen McMillon, Bar Manager at Picnik in Austin.
Austin eastciders 
  • 4 oz Austin Eastciders Original Dry Cider
  • 1.5 oz Balcones Rumble (grain free spirit)
  • 1.5 oz maple syrup
  • 3/4 tsp cinnamon
  • Stir over ice
  • Strain and pour
  • Garnish with apple slices
