Fall weather is having a moment in Texas. What better way to celebrate than toasting to crisp air with a fall recipe made with Austin Eastciders. We’re wipping up a Caramel Apple cocktail created by Dalen McMillon, Bar Manager at Picnik in Austin.
- 4 oz Austin Eastciders Original Dry Cider
- 1.5 oz Balcones Rumble (grain free spirit)
- 1.5 oz maple syrup
- 3/4 tsp cinnamon
- Stir over ice
- Strain and pour
- Garnish with apple slices
